You can help by:


Volunteering.

Donating land in the Sumner County area.

Working with the Habitat for Humanity Board to help select homeowners, sites, nurture new homeowners and help coordinate the work of volunteers.

Donating money.

 

This amount Buys This
$20 Approximately eight two-by-four studs eight feet long.
$50 Approximately six pieces of sheet rock or seven bundles of roofing shingles.
$100 Approximately five pieces of CDX 3/4 inch plywood.
$200 Approximately 28 bundles of roofing shingles, which will cover around 900 square feet of roof.
$500 Approximately 41 pieces of particle board 5/8 inch thick.
$1,000 A washer, a dryer and a range for a Habitat home.
